Things That Suck

When flipping through photos using the Photos app in Windows 10, all other photos besides the first one opened shows nonsense dates for "Date taken".

The "Date Taken" in the Photos App is not the incorrect date as you can see by the File Properties details.

Initially, I thought somehow the image metadata got corrupted, but either getting File Properties or opening the Photos app with the photo in question confirms that the date is actually not incorrect in the file. So where in the world does the Photos app get the incorrect date from?
